Size Guide

Fit tip from our dancers: Pulse Dance Shoes sneakers run slightly big. Going by your usual street size? Take a half size down. Measuring your foot? The chart below already allows for the correct fit, so choose the size shown. Sizes are unisex: your US women's size is one number above the US men's size (US W 8 = US M 7).

Measure your foot length heel to toe, in the socks you dance in, using the instructions below the chart. Then find the row your measurement falls in.

How to measure your foot (heel to toe)

For the most accurate fit, measure your foot and compare the result with the chart above.

  • Place a piece of paper on a flat, hard surface with one edge against a wall.
  • Stand on the paper with your heel lightly touching the wall.
  • Mark the longest point of your foot (big toe or second toe).
  • Measure the distance from the wall edge to the mark in centimetres or inches.
  • Find the row your measurement falls in and choose that size. The chart already allows for the right amount of toe room.
